Return Eligibility

  2. Electronics & Technology: 15 days from delivery date
  3. Clothing & Fashion: 30 days from delivery date
  4. Beauty & Personal Care: 14 days from delivery date (unopened only)
  5. Digital Products: 7 days from purchase date
  6. Custom/Personalized Items: Returns not accepted (except for defects)

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in the following condition:

  1. Unused and Unworn: Items must not show signs of use or wear
  2. Original Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  3. Complete Set: All accessories, manuals, and bonus items must be included
  4. Clean Condition: Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage
  5. Resaleable State: Items must be in condition suitable for resale

  1. Mattresses: 90-day trial period with hygienic cover requirement
  2. Large Appliances: Return within 7 days, professional uninstallation required
  3. Jewelry: Certified appraisal required for high-value items
  4. Artwork: Professional packaging required for return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Hygiene Products: Opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care items
  2. Undergarments: Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  3. Perishable Goods: Food items, fresh flowers, plants
  4. Digital Downloads: Software, e-books, music, or digital content once accessed
  5. Gift Cards: All gift cards and promotional codes
  6. Final Sale Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale
  7. Hazardous Materials: Flammable, toxic, or dangerous goods
  8. Live Animals: Pets and livestock
  9. Prescription Items: Medications and medical devices

Return Process

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Before initiating a return:

  1. Verify your item is within the return window
  2. Ensure the item meets our condition requirements
  3. Gather your order confirmation and receipt
  4. Take photos of the item if returning due to damage or defect

Step 3: Receive Return Authorization

  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Return instructions and prepaid shipping label (if applicable) will be provided
  4. RMA number must be written on the outside of the return package

Step 4: Package Your Return

Packaging Requirements:

  1. Use original product packaging when possible
  2. Include all original accessories and documentation
  3. Securely package items to prevent damage during shipping
  4. Include a copy of your order confirmation
  5. Write RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Prohibited Packaging:

  1. Do not use tape directly on product packaging
  2. Avoid using newspaper or inadequate padding
  3. Do not package multiple unrelated returns together

  2. Drop off at designated shipping location

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges processed as returns plus new orders
  2. Original item must be returned first
  3. New item shipped once return is approved

Exchange Timeframes

  1. Same item exchanges: 2-3 business days after return approval
  2. Different item exchanges: 3-5 business days after return approval
